Jillian Skowronski has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2020, they were a Senior Product Manager at Encompass-CX, where they were responsible for post-sale customer relationships, developing an understanding of each customer’s business needs and objectives, and maintaining customer satisfaction and ongoing management and retention. In 2019, they were an Associate at The Brookeside Group, managing quality and delivery of simultaneous projects and client deliverables, ensuring timely execution of all client requests and instructions, and maintaining project progress, client interactions, and internal processes. In 2018, they were a Management Consulting Intern at The Brookeside Group, conducting research projects to drive business operations and client workshop planning, preparing enablement content using PowerPoint for client training workshops, and managing inventory for workshops, including procurement and shipments of materials. In 2017, they were a User Retention Extern at DataCamp, writing and using code (R) to study user retention behavior in relation to email marketing strategies, and gaining experience with marketing, data analytics, user retention, and coding in R.
Jillian Skowronski attended Wayland High School from 2011 to 2015 and then Lafayette College from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics. Jillian has also obtained two additional certifications: Pendo Essentials from Pendo.io in January 2022, and Google Analytics For Beginners from Google in April 2020.
