Lauren Healey

Lauren Healey, MBA, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Director at Encompass Health since August 2015, Lauren previously held the roles of Director of Human Resources and Human Resource Manager at Pierce Aluminum from May 2009 to August 2015. Lauren's educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stonehill College.
