Michael Koniuch

Michael Koniuch, MD, serves as Co-Founder of RedRockRehab, PLLC, a staffing company focusing on post-acute care, since November 2023. Currently, Michael functions as Medical Director at Proactive Health, overseeing telehealth services, and holds a Medical Director role at Encompass Health, managing program oversight and quality improvement initiatives. Michael has extensive experience in physiatry consulting, having provided services in both Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation and Subacute Rehabilitation settings, and has held various administrative and leadership positions, including Medical Staff President and Director of Rehabilitation. Michael received a Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Michigan.
