Sarah Metzler Lamont

Sarah Metzler Lamont, SPHR, currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Encompass Health in the Southeast Region, a position held since October 2016. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Human Resources at Advantor Systems Corporation from July 2015 to October 2016, and at The Florida Hotel and Conference Center from July 2009 to June 2015. Additionally, Sarah held a Training and Development position at Brinker International from April 1998 to April 2009.
