Gabriela Moore

Gabriela Moore is a seasoned professional with a strong focus on learning and evaluation within the realm of international relations and development. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Evaluation Specialist at EnCompass LLC since October 2019, Gabriela designs and evaluates blended learning programs on crucial topics such as gender equality and leadership. Previous roles include serving as a Learning and Evaluation Specialist II at EnCompass, a Project Coordinator, and a Peace Corps Volunteer, where responsibilities involved teaching English and working on educational programs in Mozambique. Gabriela's background also includes experience as a Project Associate at Training Resources Group, Inc., and a Sport-for-Development Program Officer at Partners of the Americas, demonstrating a commitment to youth development and education throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
