Olya Jerard

Olya Jerard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within international development. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at EnCompass LLC since January 2025, Olya previously held significant roles such as Deputy Chief of Party and Director of Finance and Operations at Proximity International from July 2020 to December 2024. Prior positions include Director of Project Operations at Resonance, Finance and Operations Manager at John Snow, Inc., and Project Manager at Tetra Tech ARD. Olya began their career as Program Coordinator at ISAR and MBA Executive Corps, alongside a brief stint as Program Assistant at USAID. Olya holds a Master of Science in International Service from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Russian Language and Literature from The George Washington University.
