Jim Scarff

Jim Scarff has over 38 years of experience in customer support and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Support at Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. since September 1985, Jim has a significant tenure in enhancing customer relations and support services. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Manager at Marriott Hotels from March 1979 to September 1985, where foundational skills in hospitality management were developed.
