Juan Borges has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Juan is currently working as a Business Development Director at Encompass Corporation, where they help firms improve their revenue delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance using automation and real-time risk profiling. Previously, they founded Borges Consultants, providing support to startups and scale-ups in sales goal setting, team building, and partnerships. Juan has also worked as a Consultant at Speeki and as an Enterprise Sales Director at Lionbridge. Before that, they held various positions in business development and compliance management at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Coupa Software, The Red Flag Group, and GlobalData Technology. Juan's earlier roles include Account Manager at HomeAway.co.uk and Sales Executive at Kaplan International Colleges.

Juan Borges completed their education with a Master's degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from CIFF Business School in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications including CCEP-I from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) in 2017 and LL.M from CIFF Business School in 2009.
