Paul Latham

Paul Latham has extensive experience in the building materials sector, currently serving as the Nevill Long Strategy Director at Encon & Nevill Long since May 2016. Latham's prior roles include Branch Director for Encon East London and Regional Sales Director for London & South East at Nevill Long, as well as Branch Director for Encon West London. Latham also held the position of Sales and Product Development Director at James Latham from April 2007 to March 2016 and served as Sales Director at Encon Insulation & Nevill Long during a one-year secondment to Wolsekey UK following the acquisition of Nevill Long Ltd. Prior to these positions, Latham was with Nevill Long Ltd as Sales Director and Branch Manager, and began a career in the industry as a Graduate Trainee at James Latham plc. Latham holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Timber Technology from Buckinghamshire New University.
