Victor Hugo Espondaa

Victor Hugo Espondaa has extensive experience in internal systems management, service desk operations, and incident management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager de Sistemas Internos at Encontrack since April 2017, Victor oversees work plans, application services, incident management within CRM and ERP systems, and conducts user training. Previous roles include Gerente Mesa de Servicio y Administración de Contratos at Pentafon, PM Incident Management at Indra, and Jefe de Sistemas y Servicios at Mentor México, where Victor managed ITIL processes and ensured compliance with service level agreements. Victor holds a degree from Universidad Tecnológica de México and is currently pursuing a Master's in Project Management.
