Faron Hiebert

Faron Hiebert has a wide range of work experience in various roles and companies. Faron started their career as a Network Manager at Saskatchewan Wheat Pool in 1994 and held the position until 2000. Faron then joined Originals Online as an IT Operations Manager from 2000 to 2002. After that, they worked at Digizeal as a Senior Technical Consultant in 2002. Faron then joined Encore Business Solutions in 2003 and served as a Manager, Infrastructure Services until 2005, and later as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2010. In 2011, they joined MTS Allstream as a Project Manager until 2013 when they returned to Encore Business Solutions as the VP of Professional Services, a role they held until they became the Chief Delivery Officer in 2022.

Faron Hiebert completed a Certificate in Project Management at Red River College Polytechnic from 2006 to 2008. Prior to this, from 1992 to 1994, Faron Hiebert pursued a degree in Computer Programming, also at Red River College Polytechnic, earning a CAP.
