Amene Ayub

Amene Ayub has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Amene started their career in 1998 as an Associate at Market Metrics and worked there until 2005. Amene then joined Hewlett-Packard as an ITO Service Delivery Manager and Delivery Excellence Manager from 2005 to 2007. After that, they worked at Dell as a Senior Manager of Customer Care from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Bank of America as a Vice President, Operations Director for their subsidiary company, BA Continuum. Amene held this position until 2012 when they joined Encore Capital Group as the Vice President of Operations and Managing Director of MCM Midland Management Costa Rica. Since then, they have been leading all facets of operations at MCM's Costa Rica-based branch, overseeing strategic direction and driving sustainable business growth among Spanish speaking consumers in the United States. Additionally, they currently hold the role of VP, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as the Costa Rica Site Leader at Encore Capital Group.

Amene Ayub completed a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2022-2023. Prior to that, Ayub earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Economics, and International Commerce from Tufts University in 1994-1998.
