Nishant Shivadas

Nishant Shivadas is a seasoned professional in internal audit with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Internal Audit at Encore Capital Group since November 2017, Nishant previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Internal Audit. Prior roles include Senior Manager at R1 RCM, where responsibilities included leading operational and compliance audits, and Manager at Sapient Consulting, focusing on internal audit management and risk assessment. Nishant's career began at S Ramanand Aiyar & Co as a consultant in internal audit and taxation, and includes significant positions at Aviva Life Insurance and Sapient Consulting. Nishant holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, complemented by Level 1 certification from the Institute of Risk Management.
