Dom Forster is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and production planning, currently serving as Operations Manager and formerly as Production Planner at Encore Envelopes Limited since October 2002. With a proven ability to generate positive business outcomes, Dom is recognized for expertise in negotiation and stakeholder relationship development, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective supply chain. Additionally, Dom has extensive experience in coaching football, managing teams for children aged under 8 to under 17 from July 2003 to May 2017, and holds qualifications at FA Levels, including coaching footballers with disabilities. Education includes management studies at St Robert of Newminster Catholic School and Sixth Form College from 1996 to 2001.
