Frank Correa

Frank Correa is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in support and engineering roles. Currently serving as an IT Support Technician I at PSAV since January 2017, Frank is responsible for managing incoming service requests and assisting clients with technical issues. Previously, Frank held positions as an IT Systems Engineer at Cooperative Computer Services, overseeing operations related to network hardware and company infrastructure. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Assistant at Des Plaines Public Library, and as a Network Engineer and Wireless Network Engineer at Lucent Technologies, where engagement with wireless network testing and customer support was key. Frank began a career as a National Field Service Technician at Life Fitness, supporting the setup of new health club facilities. Educational qualifications include a degree in IT Systems Engineering from Computer Systems Institute and a BSEET in Electronic Engineering from DeVry University.
