Ashley Thelen

Ashley Thelen has been with Encore Talent Solutions since January 2024 as the Director of Talent Solutions and Senior Account Executive. Prior to that, she held various positions at Encore Technologies from January 2016 to January 2024, including Director of Talent Solutions/Senior Account Executive. Before Encore, she worked at CBTS from April 2010 to January 2016, where she held roles such as Sr. Technical Recruiter and IT Administration. Ashley graduated from Spring Hill College with a degree in Business/Management. She is dedicated to building trust with customers and delivering high-quality products and services to meet strategic objectives.
