Deann Marcum

DeAnn Marcum is an experienced professional currently serving as an Implementation Manager and Learning and Development Team Leader at Encoretech since May 2021. Prior roles include Learning and Development Facilitator at Encoretech, Office Manager at Southeastern Oklahoma State University from July 2017 to May 2021, and Executive Director of the Durant Main Street Program, where coordination of local program activities and representation of the community occurred on regional and national levels from May 2016 to July 2017. Additionally, DeAnn was the Principal Owner of Tradewinds from November 2008 to December 2012, successfully growing the business from a $5,000 inventory to over $200,000 within four years. DeAnn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
