Anna Kaiser is the Vice President EMEA of Innovation & Strategy at Phenom. Anna is also a Member of the Labour Council at Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales and a co-founder at encourageventures eV. Anna is a board member at Deep Skill GmbH and a member of the Ethics Advisory Board HR Tech at BPM + hkp///Group. Previously, Anna founded and was the CEO of Tandemploy GmbH and served as the Chairwoman of the department 'Future of Work' at the German Federal Association of the Digital Economy. Anna was also an Advisory Board Member "Young Digital Economy" at The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and a Matching Consultant Early Stage Startups at i-potentials GmbH.
