Mark Peacock

Mark Peacock is senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Encova. He is responsible for human resources strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, payroll, compensation and benefits administration. He has more than 27 years of experience in human resources, and 25 of those years have been in the insurance industry.

Mark holds a master’s from Ohio University, as well as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designations. Outside of work, Mark lives out Encova’s commitment to serving our communities by serving on the National Board of Directors for A Kid Again.
