Shannon Carr

Shannon Carr, MBA, CPCU, ARM, APA, AIC, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Shannon began their career in 2007 at BrickStreet Insurance, where they held several roles including Underwriter, Regional Production Underwriter, Underwriter Supervisor, and Director of Regional Standard Accounts Underwriting. In 2019, they joined Encova Insurance as an Assistant Vice President, and has since been promoted to Vice President & Business Director, Standard Accounts South. Currently, they serve as the Regional Vice President of Commercial Lines at Encova Insurance. With their strong background and expertise, Shannon Carr brings valuable leadership and industry knowledge to their roles.

Shannon Carr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from West Virginia University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. They later pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Management from the University of Charleston, completing their degree in 2011.
