Andrew Kortschak

Founder & CEO at End Cue

Originally from Palo Alto, Andrew Kortschak comes from a background of tech industry innovators. Upon co-founding End Cue in 2013, Andrew has worked to combine his interests in film, animation, technology, and documentaries. He was recognized by Forbes Magazine in its “30 Under 30” Hollywood & Entertainment list for 2019. He was nominated for a Film Independent Spirit Award in 2016.

Andrew is a graduate of USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, where during his studies he spent time working at Pixar Animation Studios as a Production Assistant for MONSTERS UNIVERSITY and as a production assistant to film executive and producer Alli Shearmur. Since graduation, he has given several guest lectures to students on the process and strategy of independent filmmaking.

As a producer, Andrew has several features in development, including upcoming projects from filmmakers Jeremy Saulnier, Oliver Hermanus, Jon Watts, Max Barbakow, Cat Solen, and George Nolfi. Among his credentials are producing the film COP CAR, directed by current Spider-Man: Homecoming director Jon Watts and producing THE CLOVEHITCH KILLER.

When not in his office or on set, he can be found hiding in the server room playing with the End Cue modular synth.
