Phily Glass

Phily Glass is a Senior Project Lead at END. since January 2023 and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma since September 2016, having graduated in the top 20% of Business Management students at Sheffield University. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager and Delivery Manager at Improbable, and Product Delivery Manager and Product Operations Analyst at Ocado Technology, where responsibilities ranged from managing bespoke functionalities for clients to leading supply chain and product analysis initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Strategy & Commercial Project Executive and Demand Manager with Ocado, alongside a sales internship at Nestlé and a position as Student Ambassador at the University of Sheffield. Phily holds an MSc in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in History and Archaeology from the University of Sheffield.
