Alejandro Coloma Martinez

Alejandro Coloma Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alejandro started their career as a Riding Horse Instructor at Caballos de Martincho, where they worked from 2008 to 2013. Alejandro then transitioned into the healthcare field, working as an Occupational Therapist at UZ Leuven and Universitair Psychiatrisch Centrum KU Leuven in 2013.

In 2015, Alejandro joined Starbucks, where they held multiple roles. Alejandro started as an Assistant Manager and later became a Store Coffee Master and a District Coffee Master. Alejandro was responsible for ensuring coffee standards and training partners. During their time at Starbucks, Alejandro developed extensive knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an International HR Consultant at Bros Group Worldwide Executive Search. In this role, they specialized in identifying and evaluating talent, establishing Bros Group as a prominent player in the industry.

Most recently, Alejandro worked at Endalia, where they held various roles. From 2019 to 2021, they served as an HR Project Manager, focusing on consulting, functional and technical support for HR management software. From 2021 to present, they took on the position of Account Executive/Customer Success Manager, responsible for sales, campaign coordination, lead generation, and closing deals. In 2023, Alejandro transitioned into the role of Account Manager for Central and Southern Spain.

Alejandro Coloma Martinez completed their Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy at Universidad de Zaragoza from 2011 to 2015. Alejandro then pursued a Master's degree in Integración Sensorial at the University of Southern California from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they continued their education at Universidad de Zaragoza, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Administration from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, Alejandro earned a Grado (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) in Occupational Therapy from KU Leuven in 2013 and 2014.
