Denis Bolgov

Denis Bolgov currently serves as the Head of NA Insurance Delivery at Endava since June 2024, leading the NA Insurance delivery team. Prior to this role, Denis was the Director of Delivery Management at EPAM Systems from October 2018 to June 2024, where a team of over 500 engineers was built across multiple accounts, contributing to advancements in the insurance domain and pioneering managed output engagement models. Denis founded and served as CEO of TocoBox Inc from January 2013 to September 2018, creating a safe email service for children while developing parental control systems. Additional experience includes directing US operations at SHAPE Services, founding Warelex LLC, where a software consulting business was established, and working as a senior software engineer at Nuance Communications and ScanSoft. Early career contributions involved software development at Lobby7 Inc., with expertise in mobile multimodal technology. Denis holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from the Institute of Chemical Physics RAS and an MS in Theoretical Nuclear Physics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
