Tatyana Metodieva

Tatyana Metodieva currently serves as Recruitment Team Lead at Endava, a position held since July 2021, following experience as a Recruitment Specialist. Prior to this, Tatyana worked at HRS Bulgaria from September 2019 to July 2021, where roles included IT Recruitment Consultant and IT Junior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on full-cycle recruitment, candidate consultations, and presenting opportunities at career forums. Tatyana began in recruitment as an IT Pre-Selection Consultant, excelling in candidate sourcing and interview coordination. Tatyana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of National and World Economy and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the Technical University of Sofia.
