Hughston Young

Hughston Young has experience working in quality control and compliance management roles at both Sika USA and Endeavor 3D. At Sika USA, Hughston served as a Quality Control Coordinator, creating custom colors for customers and ensuring consistent color and quality of concrete samples. Currently, at Endeavor 3D, Hughston holds the position of Quality and Compliance Manager, responsible for managing the Quality department, maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies, overseeing the safety program, and implementing Company certifications. Hughston also has experience as a Quality Supervisor at Endeavor3D, where they handled quality control supervision, scheduling, planning, and purchasing. Hughston pursued education at West Georgia Technical College and Georgia Institute of Technology.
