Danny Rettele

Danny Rettele has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and responsibilities. Danny is currently the VP of Network Operations and Engineering at Endeavor Managed Services, a position they have held since June 2022. Before that, Danny worked at TeleSpace LLC for nearly a decade, starting as a Telecommunications and Operations Systems Analyst in April 2001 and gradually moving up to become the Director of Service Operations in September 2012. During their time at TeleSpace, they built a streamlined support and service organization and achieved Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Master Partner status.

Prior to TeleSpace, Danny was employed at Commercial Metals Company, where they held several positions. Danny served as an IT Manager from June 2011 to July 2012, overseeing the relocation of data centers, managing infrastructure integration, and rolling out Microsoft Lync. Before that, they held the role of Infrastructure Manager from March 2010 to June 2011, where they were responsible for the overall performance, availability, and optimization of storage, virtualized environments, servers, networks, and data centers. Starting as an Enterprise Network Manager in September 2006, Danny was globally responsible for the performance and optimization of network, servers, and systems. Danny also worked as a Telecommunications and Operations Systems Analyst, where they designed, installed, and supported LANs and WANs for the CMC Steel Group, and negotiated WAN service level agreements.

With a strong background in network operations, service delivery, and infrastructure management, Danny Rettele brings a wealth of experience to their current role as the VP of Network Operations and Engineering.

Danny Rettele earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several additional certifications. In January 2012, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In August 2012, they obtained the CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco. Danny also possesses the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification, although the specific month and year of its acquisition are unknown.
