Mark Dempsey

Mark Dempsey has a comprehensive and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Mark is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Endeavor Real Estate Group. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner and Owner of Ohana Cottonwood. From 2010 to 2018, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Managing Director at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, where they played a key role in multifamily acquisitions. Before that, they were the CFO of Trammell Crow Residential, overseeing various departments and managing a large team. Mark also held positions at Crow Holdings, Benton Properties, Homegate Hospitality, Crow Investment Trust, and Kenneth Leventhal & Co, where they gained valuable experience in capital markets, asset management, and hotel development. Overall, Mark Dempsey has consistently demonstrated their expertise and leadership in the real estate industry throughout their career.

Mark Dempsey earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Real Estate from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 1990 and 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Finance from the same school, completing their studies between 1986 and 1990. Additionally, in November 1994, Mark obtained a certification as a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
