Lisa van Vlaanderen

Lisa van Vlaanderen has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 19 years of experience in various roles. Lisa is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer Operations at Endeavor South Africa since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Old Mutual plc from 2011 to 2018, holding several positions including Head of Plc Balance Sheet Analysis, Solvency II Programme Lead, Reporting Manager, and Solvency II Workstream Lead. Lisa also worked as a Finance Manager at Old Mutual Investment Group from 2008 to 2011 and at Old Mutual South Africa from 2005 to 2008. Lisa began their career at KPMG South Africa in 2002 as an Audit Supervisor, where they completed their training contract and was later promoted to the role. Lisa also gained international experience during their time at KPMG London, working on IFRS conversion projects. Lisa van Vlaanderen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Science, with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management, from the University of Cape Town. Lisa completed their undergraduate studies from 1997 to 2001. Subsequently, Lisa earned a certification as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants in January 2004.
