Courtney Ritzler

Courtney Ritzler, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Director of Corporate FP&A at Endeavor since May 2017, Courtney oversees financial management for corporate business units, managing approximately $300M in EBITDA and more than 700 employees. Responsibilities include coordinating with senior leadership to develop budgets and forecasts, preparing financial presentations, and supporting corporate accounting functions. Previous roles include senior positions in corporate FP&A at WME | IMG and the Collegiate Licensing Company, where Courtney managed financial consolidations and monthly reporting processes. Courtney holds an MBA in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Sport Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
