Richard Delprincipe

Richard Delprincipe is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Staff Project Engineer at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP since June 2019. In this role, Richard oversees the development and execution of over 20 new horizontal facilities and more than 250 new wells for 2023-2024, collaborating with the North asset team on AFE cost and infrastructure strategies. Previously, as Senior Production Engineer, Richard managed production for multiple wells, implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Richard started at Endeavor Energy Resources as a Production Intern in 2018, where responsibilities included assisting engineers, analyzing pump efficiency, and participating in field operations. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University, awarded in 2019.
