Keryn Foreman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Keryn is currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Management Office for Endeavour Energy (NSW). Prior to this, they held positions in Sydney Trains, where they served as the Director of Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and the Director of Strategic Projects Planning and Performance. Keryn also worked as the External Strategic Programs Manager and Capability Manager at Sydney Trains. Before joining Sydney Trains, Keryn worked at Airservices Australia as the Transformation Program Lead ARFF. Keryn started their career at Queensland Rail, where they held various roles including Network Project Interface Manager, Manager Training and Competence, Project Manager, and Learning and Development Manager. Overall, Keryn has extensive experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, project management, and workforce development.

Keryn Foreman holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Education from The University of Queensland, which was obtained in 1996. Keryn also has a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from QUT, obtained between 1990 and 1993. Keryn further pursued a Diploma in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management, completed in 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Managing Successful Programs (MSP) Practitioner from APMG International in 2022, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci ANZ in 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from APMG International in 2019, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from APMG International in 2019, AgilePgM® Foundation from APMG International in 2018, TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from MRWED Training and Assessment in 2013, and Quality Auditor from SGS in 2003.
