Nathan Gocher

Nathan Gocher is a highly experienced professional in operational safety and risk management, currently serving as the Manager of Operational Safety at Endeavour Energy in New South Wales since June 2021. Prior to this role, Nathan held several key positions at Thales from October 2006 to October 2020, including Director of Workplace Risk and Assurance, Operations Manager for Maritime, and HSE Manager across Maritime and Aerospace sectors, as well as in Ship Repair. Nathan's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Environmental Education from Macquarie University, alongside various certifications in project management and occupational health and safety. Nathan also holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science with a focus on Physical Geography from Macquarie University.
