Johanna Brown has a diverse background in HR and management roles, starting from a Graduate Management Trainee to progressing to roles such as Store Manager, Regional HR Manager, and People and Culture Manager at Coles Group. With experience in employee relations, continuous improvement, and P&C business partnering, Johanna has a solid foundation in HR practices. Currently, Johanna holds the position of Acting Head of P&W Business Partnering and Employee Relations at Endeavour Foundation.
