Kate O'Leary, MBA CHRL, currently serves as a Professor at Conestoga College, teaching courses on Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness, Human Resources Business Strategy, Leadership Models and Applications for the Emerging Workforce, as well as Performance and Talent Management.
