Vivek Batra

Vivek Batra serves as the Managing Partner of AlphaSkill, a consulting and executive search firm established in January 2018, fostering connections between Private Equity Investors and top industry executives. Since June 2017, Vivek has also been an Investor and Advisory Board Member at Endeer, focusing on innovative 3D printing solutions for custom fitting bras. Prior expertise includes roles on the Advisory Board of Churchgate Partners, where guidance was provided on investor relations, and as a member of the Advisory Board for Dorothee Schumacher, enhancing the brand's market position. Vivek held past leadership positions as CEO of Hess Natur-Textilien GmbH, driving sustainable practices in the fashion industry, and Managing Director roles at Secon Group B.V. and TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where significant business transformations were achieved. An extensive background also includes leadership of Sara Lee Courtaulds' clothing division. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a Chartered Accountancy designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
