Frederique Buining

Frederique Buining is a Junior Creative at EndemolShine Nederland since May 2021, also contributing as a Researcher in Format Development. Prior to this role, Frederique participated in the TV Academy as a Talent from September 2020 to April 2021, gaining insight into the creative media industry. Experience includes a marketing position at Buining & Partners B.V., and various roles in the European Youth Parliament and hospitality sector. Frederique holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business with a specialization in Marketing from Erasmus School of Economics, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business from Erasmus University College. Additional education includes an International Baccalaureate from Universidad de Salamanca and a secondary education from Mencia de Mendoza Lyceum.
