North American Subrogation has worked hard to bring innovation in subrogation services to global insurers, reinsurers, self-insureds and captives. NAS focuses on commercial physical damage and property claims that typically arise out of transportation, marine, property, casualty, transportation, and cyber claims.

Our executive team consists of experienced attorneys and subrogation analysts that work together to maximize recoveries. In addition to dramatically improving loss ratios and recovery rates, our clients appreciate our ability to manage subrogation claims of all sizes from start to finish across the United States and Canada.

Our strategic mindset and decades of combined experience gained at prominent global law firms have redefined what constitutes a successful subrogation program.

North American Subrogation is more than just a recovery firm, we take the time to understand our partner's businesses, their industry and unique issues, and show how effective subrogation can improve the bottom line.
