Elicia Powell

Elicia Powell, SPHR, MEd, EdS, serves as the Human Resources Director at Endodontic Practice Partners since January 2023, previously holding roles as Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner at AdaptHealth. With an extensive background in human resources, Elicia has developed value-added HR initiatives, managed complex employee relations, and led organizational HR projects. Prior experience includes educational roles such as a Middle School Teacher with Wilson County Schools and the System Director of Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education for Taliaferro County School System. Elicia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Georgia Southern University, a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from Troy University, and additional qualifications from Walden University.
