Keren Klayer

Keren Klayer is the current Head of HR at Endor. Keren has previously served as the Head of HR and Employee Experience at Tapingo from October 2016 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing inter-organizational processes, organizing and planning company events, managing the recruitment process, initiating and leading inter-organizational communication projects, and consulting executives on various subjects related to human resources and policies.

From May 2014 to August 2016, Klayer served as the Global Head of HR at Dynamic Yield. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's global HR strategy, overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and diversity & inclusion. Keren also led the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs designed to improve employee engagement and retention.

Keren Klayer has a coaching degree from the emotion school and an MBA in business from The College of Management Academic Studies.
