Ashley Seher

Ashley Seher has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Ashley started their career as an REO Title Analyst at Streamline Title in 2015, where they managed a national portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Ashley communicated with various stakeholders to ensure prompt property closings and approved title fees and costs.

In 2017, Ashley joined Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel, LLP as a Senior Default Specialist. Ashley maintained a property portfolio for loans in multiple states and ensured effective communication within the team. Ashley also reviewed scorecards to meet service level agreements and provided feedback.

From 2019 to 2020, Ashley worked as a Title Specialist at Miller, Watson & George, P.C. Ashley reviewed new title packages, analyzed title documents, and prepared Underwriter Approval Letters for deceased borrowers in Texas.

In 2020, Ashley joined Spruce as an Operations Associate and later became a Post Closing Team Lead. Ashley'sresponsibilities included managing post-closing operations and leading a team.

Currently, Ashley works at Endpoint as the National Closing Ops Manager, a role they started in August 2021.

Ashley Seher attended Austin College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
