Shalom Calvo

As Chief of Staff, Shalom ensures Endpoint’s strategy and vision are reflected across all key initiatives. He has made data an integral part of the organization’s decision-making and prioritization process, drawing on over 16 years of data and analytics expertise. Prior to his current role, Shalom served as Head of Data and Analytics at Endpoint, led the corporate data management team at First American Financial Corporation, and consulted with several Fortune 500 companies to help them transform their approach to data. Born in Costa Rica, he moved to the United States when he was 10 years old, and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in business from Cal State Fullerton. Shalom loves watching soccer in his spare time — especially when FC Barcelona is on the pitch. He resides in Austin, Texas with his wife, Cristina, and two children, Kyana and Aiden.
