Slava Shkliaryk

Slava Shkliaryk has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and product management. Slava started their career at XB Software Ltd. as a QA Engineer in 2013 and then moved on to SaM Solutions as a QA Automation Engineer, where they focused on automation testing for a web application.

In 2015, Slava joined EPAM Systems as a Senior QA Engineer, working on various projects in areas such as insurance and investments management. Slava gained experience in different testing types, including performance testing, security testing, and usability testing. Slava also worked with techniques and technologies such as NoSql, Jira, Jmeter, and RestApi.

Next, Slava joined AlgoSec in 2017 as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Here, they worked on a network security optimization product and was responsible for version releases support, quality assurance of product versions, and automation review and authoring. Slava also handled bug reporting and verification, root cause analysis of complex network issues, and customer support.

In 2020, Slava joined Carpe Data as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they focused on ensuring the quality of their software products.

Currently, Slava is working at Endpoint as a Quality Engineer and Product Manager. Their main responsibilities include quality assurance and product management.

Slava Shkliaryk completed their education in a sequential manner. Slava obtained their Engineer's degree in Information Technologies and Control in Technical Systems from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Slava then pursued a Master's degree in Innovative Systems and Processes from Belarusian National Technical University, attending from 2014 to 2016. Shkliaryk continued their educational journey by obtaining a Master's degree in Engineer Psychology and Ergonomics from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, studying there from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Shkliaryk has also garnered several certifications. In 2009, they obtained the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge. Slava further strengthened their skill set with certifications such as Testing of Web-oriented Applications from High-Tech park Minsk in 2011, System Engineering and Data Integration from EPAM Systems in 2012, and Zertifikat Deutsch C1 from Goethe Institut in 2014.
