Matthias Altendorf

Matthias Altendorf currently serves as the President of the Supervisory Board and Chief Executive Officer at Endress+Hauser Group, a role held since August 2009, where leadership focuses on enhancing customer and societal outcomes through process automation and sustainable practices. Additionally, Matthias is a Member of the Executive Board, concentrating on innovation, marketing, and strategy. In January 2024, Matthias founded Bionic Leadership, an initiative aimed at advancing leadership practices. Educational credentials include studies at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, London Business School, and the University of Basel, with a recent achievement of a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School in November 2022.
