Rebecca Powell, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Endura/Masonite Doors business at Owens Corning since December 2022. With a robust background in HR roles, Rebecca previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Atrium Windows & Doors, supporting a facility of over 1,000 employees. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Assistant at Hayward Pool Products, as well as various roles in customer service and real estate. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Management/Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences/English from Excelsior University, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Herkimer County Community College.
