Akshay Kasture

Akshay Kasture is a Senior Quality Engineer at Endurance Technologies Ltd. since January 2023, specializing in process quality and inward inspection. Key responsibilities include implementing kaizen initiatives, problem-solving techniques such as poka-yoke, and preparing documentation like Pareto charts, SPC, MSA, and daily rejection monitoring data. Akshay also manages supplier PPM monitoring using SAP and conducts activity process and product audits, contributing to health and safety programs.
