Gergana Srebkova-Kiranova

Gergana Srebkova-Kiranova's work experience includes their current role as Chief People Officer at EnduroSat since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of People and Culture at Tide from 2019 to 2023. Gergana also served as the HR Manager at SiteGround Web Hosting Company from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they were a Recruitment Manager at Comverse for a six-month project in 2013. Gergana began their career as an HR expert at Human Capital Store in 2009, where they were responsible for various HR services and participated in company strategy development. Gergana also worked as an HR consultant at HRCR in 2009 and as a trainee at Euro RSCG in 2006.

Gergana Srebkova-Kiranova completed their Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Labor markets and human resources development from the same university, studying from 2008 to 2010.
