Joost de Graaff has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Joost started their career at Oxxio in 2003, where they worked as a Functioneel beheerder for four years. Joost then became a Business Process Engineer for Oxxio from 2008 to 2012. Later, Joost worked as a Projectmanager at Oxxio for one year. In 2013, they joined Eneco as a Projectleider and held this position for almost six years. Following that, they were promoted to Programmamanager at Eneco, where they worked for three years. Joost then became the Manager Project portfolio and PMO for one year before assuming their current role as Head of Technology strategy at Eneco.
Joost de Graaff attended 't Hooghe Land College from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a VWO degree. Joost then went on to study at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 1997 to 2003, earning an Msc degree in Business Administration. In terms of additional certifications, Joost obtained the Agile PgM foundation certification from APMG International in 2020, the Leading SAFe 4.0 - Scaled Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2016, the Masterclass Leading agile transformation certification from Agile Academy Prowareness in 2016, and the Agile Project Management Certificaat from Agile Academy Prowareness in 2015.
