Margit van Paridon

Project Lead Asset Innovation & Transformation at Eneco

Margit van Paridon has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Margit has worked at Eneco since 2018, where they started as an Expert Proces & IT Customer Care before becoming a Business Improvement Manager Customer Care. In this role, they focused on innovation within the contact center, including the development of digital service channels and customer contact strategies. Margit also led the setup and implementation of a dedicated team for speech analytics. Prior to Eneco, Margit worked at RAAK RDAM as a Client Manager from 2016 to 2017. Margit also has experience at CX Company as a Consultant - Client Success Manager, where they optimized and expanded existing online self-service, chatbot, and live chat projects and provided consultancy services to various clients. Margit's earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager at CX Company and as a Managing Editor at Whaleshark Productions.

Margit van Paridon obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Journalism from Leiden University in 2008. Margit then pursued a Bachelor of Arts Pre-Master in Art History (80 ECTS) at Leiden University from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Modern and Contemporary Art from Leiden University, completing their studies in 2012. In 2010, they also attended Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Global History and International Relations in 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Margit van Paridon has obtained several certifications. Margit became a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2022. Margit also holds a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org, achieved in 2016. Furthermore, they have completed a training course on "Persoonlijke effectiviteit in het sturen van verandering" at de Baak in 2020.
