Jiří Mach

Jiří Mach has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jiří began their career as a Developer at GEM System a.s. in 2007 before transitioning into the role of a Teaching Assistant at Charles University in Prague, where they led laboratory classes for the subject "Software Engineering in Practice" from 2010 to 2012.

In 2009, Jiří Mach joined Profinit as a Junior Consultant, and later as a Consultant, where they contributed to inventing and developing solutions for marketing and sales departments. Jiří also served as a Key Account Manager, responsible for business development for selected clients in the financial and insurance sectors.

From 2012 to 2013, Jiří Mach worked as a Services Account Manager at Profinit, where they were responsible for pre-sales activities, project management, and overall delivery for selected customers in the financial and insurance sectors.

Since 2014, Jiří Mach has held the position of a Senior Advisor, Digital Business at Profinit, where they provided pre-sales and business consulting for digital business transformation. Jiří applied digital technology to increase employee and customer engagement, innovate business models, and optimize risk and operational efficiency. Jiří also focused on domains such as CRM, communication channels, digital sales, sales performance, and marketing.

In 2015, Jiří Mach co-founded Fain Wood, a wood interior design company. Jiří played a crucial role in establishing the brand and growing the business for three and a half years.

Since 2016, Jiří Mach has been the CEO and Founder of Enehano Solutions, with the aim of transforming the company into a global Salesforce consulting firm. The company specializes in digital transformation, including marketing, campaign management, CRM, and CPQ.

Parallel to their professional career, Jiří Mach has also been involved in academia. Jiří served as a Teaching Assistant for advanced aspects of software engineering at Charles University in Prague in 2015, and as a Teaching Assistant for software engineering in practice at Czech Technical University in Prague from 2013 to 2014.

Jiří Mach completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Charles University from 2005 to 2008. Jiří further pursued a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from 2008 to 2013, also at Charles University.
